Step 1: Visit the Official TDAC Website
Go to the official Thailand immigration website and open the Thailand Digital Arrival Card form
Step 2: Enter Your Personal Details
Fill in your personal information such as:
- Full name (as per passport)
- Passport number
- Nationality
- Date of birth
Make sure everything matches your passport exactly.
Step 3: Fill in Your Travel Information
You will need to provide details for your arrival and departure:
- Date of arrival/departure in/to Thailand
- Mode of travel (air, land, or sea)
- Checkpoint or airport of entry
- Vehicle/flight no
Step 4: Enter Your Accommodation in Thailand
Provide the address of where you’ll stay in Thailand.
This can be:
- Hotel
- Airbnb
- Friend or relative’s house
If you’re going to Hat Yai, Danok, or Bangkok, simply enter the hotel name and address
Step 5: Health Declaration & Submit the Form
After completing the form:
- Review all information carefully
- Submit the TDAC form
- Download or screenshot the confirmation
